Most items will ship in 1-2 business days. Allow 5-6 business days for weathervanes to be processed and shipped. Weathervanes ship from Danbury, CT. If any item is out of stock, or on back order, we will let you know when it will be available to be shipped out.

Some orders are drop shipped directly from our distributors in various states within the continental U.S.

Online pricing varies from in-store pricing and is ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE.

Returns must be shipped to dga-online.com. Purchases made at dga-online.com MAY NOT be returned to Dundee Garden Art.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on return orders. If the item originally had free shipping, the cost of shipping and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit to the customer.

An item may be returned as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is in the original box and not damaged.
  • The product is accompanied by all its original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days.


Items not returnable:
closeouts; cut items such as pond liner, underlayment, filter media, and tubing; foods; water treatments; fish treatments and medications; UV lamps and halogen bulbs; muck vacs; bamboo water spouts and rocking fountains; insect control; mini scarecrows (stayaways); and transformers.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA.) Please call for an RMA#. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. We suggest insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible if the product arrives to us damaged or is lost. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Return credits will be applied once merchandise has been received. We can refund shipping and handling charges only if it is a result of our error. Return to 792 S Hwy 99W, Dundee OR 97115 unless otherwise instructed.
